Bridgepointe Family Dental Care

Doctor Yvette Chua is my dentist for a number of years now. I have a great experience with this office. The staff as well as the dentist are professional and friendly. The office is very clean and welcoming. There are a lot of parking and very close to Bridgepoint Shopping Center. I only trust this dentist with my teeth.

I was treated very poorly from accounting perspective recently. I did a teeth cleaning at their clinic in May and they told me they checked with the insurance company and there was no copay for my family. But after 5 months they came back to me with a surprise bill of 360 dollars all of a sudden. Horrible experience.

Let me tell you: Dr. Yvette & Derrick Chua & their team are the best of the best. I have been a patient with Bridgepointe Dental for over a decade now. The quality of care is exceptional. From having major dental surgeries such as wisdom removal to getting root canals, I have never had an issue before, during & after the procedures. The entire team is empathetic and caring with excellent bedside manners. My whole family comes here. I refuse to go anywhere else because I am so comfortable coming to Bridgepointe. Thank you!!!

My dentist of many years retired a couple of years ago and I went out looking for a new dentist. Because I have the dental insurance offered by United Health Care, and after trying a couple of local dentist that seemed to be selling more than fixing I went to the list my insurance recommends and found Dr. Yvette Chua. Her office is about a 5 minute drive from my home so I decided to try her. I found the office modern with what appeared to be the latest equipment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Yuvette and Derek are both amazing. I’ve done cleaning and filling with teeth with Dr. Yuvette, and did tooth extraction (for my orthodontic treatment) with Dr Derek. Dr. Yuvette and her staff are professional and they are usually available to fit your busy schedule. They send text message for appointment reminder and also they are very fast to schedule and answer any possible questions you might have. While filling my teeth, I had the option of watching Netflix, which was awesome. They took several xrays of my teeth before filling to make sure they are taking all the cavity out.
