Bridgecrest Rehabilitation Suites

Most of the staff are kind and good at their jobs. PT and OT ONCE a day for 5 days a week while we were advised it would be twice a day. We were notified 10 days after the maximum Medicare 20 days was up.if we had known sooner, we would have made other arrangements for his care. This is our first experience with a facility so we are a little lost. Now we are responsible for the copay which the advantage plan coverage is minimal. Patient is to be in the wheelchair to eat meals but has not been out of the bed in over 4 days. They keep him clean and comfortable but not moving him and I am not physically able to assist. Have made admin aware but no change as of yet.

If I could put Zero stars i would. This place will just neglect you're loved ones and pretend they are caring for them. All they care about is getting paid. The staff talks to you ugly and make it seem like they are right and we are wrong. Not only that but lying on the notes. The list goes on and on and to mention it's barely Day 2! DONT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES THERE

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this facility, especially the nurse Akira who cared for my grandmother. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome, valued, and supported in what was a very emotional time for our family. She went above and beyond her duties not just in providing excellent medical care, but in treating my grandmother with true dignity and compassion. What stood out the most was the way she made us feel like more than just another family occupying a room. She took the time to walk us to the listen, to explain, and to reassure us every step of the way. Her patience, kindness, and empathy brought us so much comfort.

There is roaches in my Mom's room .. everytime I come! She's had roaches in her bed , even getting in her hair!! The front lobby area smells fresh! But as soon as you walk thru double doors to patient area. Smells like straight pee!! Had been reported to staff multiple times.

The hallway and rest rooms were clean. The floors were clean and no marks or smears. No food carts or clutter in the room (#118) that I visited The clean, frest aroma was very rewarding.
