Cheri McElroy, it seems like you’re being unfair with your complaint and damaging a small business’s reputation just because they weren’t able to return your call. Small businesses don’t have the same resources as large franchises, but that doesn’t mean they provide poor care. Dr. MacDonald is excellent. I went to see him when my C5–C7 discs were out of alignment, pinching a nerve from my neck down my back. I couldn’t move or even sleep. I had already been to Florida Orthopedics three times, and all they did was prescribe medication without helping the real issue. When I saw Dr. MacDonald, he fixed about 80% of my problem on the first visit, and by the second visit I was doing great. My Doctor referred me to get physical therapy for lumbar problems. He said he liked Bridge Rehab as they were good. I called in the morning and got voice so I left message with all my information and repeated my number two times slowly. Waited all day for a call back and didn’t hear from them. I will call another Physical Therapist on Monday. I am sorry I wasted a day on Bridge Rehab. I will also suggest my Doctor not use them as a referral.

Dr. McDonald, is absolutely amazing!!!! I got his name with one of my friend and I highly recommend him. He is the best....... he takes care of my husband and I. Outstanding!!!!!
