Dr. Culpepper, his dental assistant, Angelica and Sophia at the front desk are a spectacular trio from start to finish! Sophia is the insurance wizard and very knowledgeable, courtesy and professional! She has been there for ages and remains loyal, hardworking and dedicated throughout the turnaround of doctors over the many years she has been there. Dr. Culpepper and his dental assistant, Angelica are very talented in their craft. I needed a root canal and they had the perfect resource on who to send me to and that part went seamlessly well with no pain and within the Bay Ridge community. The same with Dr. Culpepper providing and inserting a temporary back tooth with his lovely, sweet and gentle assistant, Angelica. I highly recommend Dr. Scott and his staff to anyone seeking dental care. They care a lot about the patients and not the business model, and I’ve been to a lot of dentists in my lifetime, so I know what I’m saying. I had an issue pop up with a tooth and they accommodated me as soon as possible. During the process of being fitted for a crown, Dr. Scott and his assistant tried to make the entire procedure as comfortable as possible. A couple weeks ago, I was mistreated by the incompetent rep at NYU Dental, so meeting Sophia at Bridge Family Dental is a breath of fresh air. She’s very kind and understanding. Filled with advice and willing to work with you. I should also add that this practice is very affordable, even when paying without insurance. As a student, I can vouch for that.

had a good ol’ maxillary mishap two weeks ago and knocked out half my right front tooth 🤦🏻‍♀️ // dr. scott fixed me up quickly and painlessly (i mean that in the literal and figurative sense!); it’s like the accident never even happened! super appreciate the practice’s flexibility re: getting me in quickly, as well as their overall expertise and A+ bedside manner. Dr. Violetta Thierbach is so nice and I have had wonderful experiences at this practice. I have bad dental anxiety and the dentist was amazing walking me through the process, allowing me to listen to music in my headphones, and making sure I was comfortable. She is very funny, nice, approachable, and knowledgeable. I would go back a million times. The receptionist and assistant are also very nice and make me feel welcomed. Highly recommend!
