Both Sarah and Kari are incredibly kind and thoughtful individuals. I have yet to get a massage from Kari, but I have met her at the front desk and she has always been welcoming to me. I have received two massages from Sarah and both were amazing! Sarah always asks me if there are any areas of my body I don't want to be touched and asks what areas I want to focus on for the session. They also tailor the massage pressure to my personal preference. As someone who is gender non-conforming, I've struggled to find a massage practice where I feel comfortable. I'd highly recommend Bridge City Massage and Sarah!
