1. Called as a potential new customer when Rite Aid down the street closed. Owner's brother told me "no". 2. Used Amazon Pharmacy for awhile, tried again a couple months later and was accepted this time 3. 24 hours after my doctor sent a Rx I realized I hadn't been contacted by phone or text message. Called, got the brother, sheepishly said he'd have it ready in a couple hours after that 4. Opened almost an hour late the morning I tried to pick it up between 9 and 10am on my way to work. Had to come back later. Owner apologized, then said she wouldn't be offended if I took my business elsewhere. That's their bar for customer service, the same degree to which they'll allow themselves to be reasonably bothered on behalf of a customer. 5. Shoprite pharmacy is open 8am - 9pm. Wish I'd realized

There's CVS/Walgreens even walmart that offer pharmacy services. One, Never answers the phones, another is out of prescriptions or on back order or close for lunch every day when you need them. Friendship Pharmacy doesn't even accept call-in pharmacy orders anymore..... NOT HERE! Pharmacist STAYED after closing time to fill my prescriptions! She helped my doctor help me today ,BIG TIME , and I've never even been here. THIS IS 5+++ service, PEOPLE!!!! All with a smile. Thank you, Bridesburg pharmacy,

Bridesburg Pharmacy is such an asset to the neighborhood! Today is the first time I have needed them, Shenay was so helpful and personable! She delivered my prescription and even explained how to dispense the dosage thoroughly while at my door :) This will be my go to Pharmacy from now on!
