Brident Dental & Orthodontics

I was there for my routine exam and cleaning. They made me wait for an hour and half and all they did was to take my my x-ray. Of course the dentist examined my teeth. They didn’t clean my teeth (That was the whole purpose of my visit). I felt it is very unstructured. Disappointing experience. Never going back again.

I visited for availing my insurance benefit for free dental cleaning. And insurance fully covered this. These guys still billed to me. First they performed xray and said you need deep cleaning and there will be charge for it. I denied for it. They billed for multiple X-rays to my insurance and insurance combined them as it performed on one date of service and pay the amount as per their contract. My EOB stated patient owe nothing. They simply billed in the way to snatch more dollars. Insurance called Bridget customer service but no one picked. So insurance company gave their number so that brident customer service may call them so that insurance can explain them how they combined the claim. But brident people not ready to talk them. It is frustrating to deal with these guys .

I came here after having my daughter and they told me I had 12 cavity’s and needed a deep cleaning. Also made me wait around for hours only getting X-rays done. Got a second opinion and only had 2 cavity’s and they said I was no where close to needing a deep cleaning.

Worst dental place in the McKinney area. The staff is terrible, and if they mess something up, they don’t care and just go on with their day. For the price they charge, you can go to a much better place. This place needs to be shut down.

These people REALLY take care of us! We have had SSSOOOO many problems at other dental offices (they also have orthodontist in the same building!!) Other places have made our teeth problems worse but this place fixes our problems the FIRST TIME!! My daughter had to get braces, and they had the best deals after shopping around (still expensive, but better than other places). The only thing I don't like is their corporate call center. If you call them, it's always a hassle. That's why we always call the office directly. What's different than other places, too, is they only let the patient into the back. My daughter is 8, and she has to go back alone (I wish they changed that policy because I want to be able to ask questions in the moment, and not afterward) Regardless, this dental/ortho
