Brident Dental & Orthodontics

This dentist office is unorganized. I was told on the phone to come 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork I knew I had done the first time I came. When my daughter and I got there I signed in. We sat for about 20 minutes before I asked is there something I should be filling out? The receptionist said oh yes, let me get it for you. She reached me the board with the paperwork on it. I looked at the paper I said I have to fill this out again? She said oh no I’m sorry. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous. It seems like there is only one dentist running from room to room. My daughter and I had been sitting for almost two hours with no type of service. The dentist was in one person mouth and still had one person before us. Remind you our my appointment was at 3:30pm. We left about 5:23pm.

Had a great first experience with them! They were very fast and friendly 😊 The dental assistant had my baby comfortable and laughing ❤️ Not to mention the kids get a treasure at the end 😁

Not sure who the new staff is but they are extremely rude. I walked in and receptionist looked at me like I was in the wrong place and addressed me with a “YES” then whe I asked a question she looked at me and stated someone else would assist me. They also are horrible when it comes to overbooking. There’s soo many people in here they are standing outside and in the walkway. This should be a fire hazard.

Totally recommend this office ! Front staff and back staff were amazing! Staff made me feel great, they made sure I didn’t feel pressured into anything as well as offered me to third party finance which was amazing 🤩 thank you so much Brident staff

Very professional establishment. Office staff is very nice. The service was excellent and quick. Definitely recommend. They made sure my daughter was completely comfortable also!
