I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at Brident Dental for the exceptional care and compassion shown to my family and me. My children and I are truly grateful for such a dedicated and caring staff. I initially visited Brident Dental for a routine cleaning and was later informed that additional deep cleaning was necessary. Unfortunately, my insurance did not cover the procedure, which left me facing out-of-pocket expenses at a time when I was not financially prepared. During this moment, Josh, the manager at Brident Dental, demonstrated remarkable kindness and professionalism. He went above and beyond to ensure that I received the care I needed while making the cost manageable and stress-free. The MOST incompetent and rude staff. I made an appointment for my family to get cleaning and an evaluation for braces for my youngest on Monday February 9. We were scheduled for Sat Feb 20. 3 days prior to our appointment I had a missed call from them asking to reschedule. I called back immediately and after a 40 min hold the man who answered said he did not see there was a change. I told him about the voicemail and I was calling to confirm that our appointment is the same. I told him to have Karia call me back to be sure and he said he would. The next day I called again and got a woman who said the same. There is no change and that “I “ needed to call THEM the morning of the appointment to confirm. What!? I had a very frustrating experience with Brident Dental & Orthodontics on Marsh Lane in Carrollton.My daughter got braces there, and within the first 6 months the brackets disconnected three different times. Every time we went back to fix it, the appointment lasted only about a minute, and then the same issue happened again just a few weeks later. It feels like the problem is never properly fixed. Customer service is also very difficult to deal with. It takes a very long time for someone to answer the phone or help schedule an appointment. On top of that, the orthodontist only comes to the clinic once a month, which makes it very hard to get timely care when something goes wrong.Another issue is that the clinic seems to be closed for about two weeks every month for some reason, which makes

0 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a terrible experience at Brident Dental & Orthodontics in Carrollton and would never recommend this place to anyone. From the beginning, everything felt unorganized and rushed. The staff seemed more focused on pushing expensive treatments than actually caring about my dental health. I was quoted one price then later told something completely different with extra charges that were never clearly explained. It honestly felt misleading and untrustworthy. The wait times were ridiculous, even with an appointment, and communication was poor. I left feeling confused, pressured, and frustrated instead of confident about my care. Scheduled my appointment with the call center provided my insurance they said they will take it when I arrived to my appointment no one was sitting at the front waited for about 30 mins to even get someone to check us in. After completing the paperwork I waited for another 30 mins that’s when they told me that I had to change the provider on my insurance and that if I wanted to be seen after I changed my provider there was going to be a longer wait. I would have been nice to know all this information at least 1 day before that way I would have been able to take care of that. The place is also not very clean the kids corner is not nice at all.
