Brick Church Pharmacy

Been coming to this pharmacy for about a year. I “thought” this was a nice pharmacy and had recently referred some friends and family to come here which I will now update them not to because of how we were treated today. They were having a sale on Friday Jan 3, 2025 for a 3 pack of Nexium. The original price is $39.99 and it was marked down to about 26 dollars. When going to take the medicine today, it was noticed that the medicine expires on Feb/2025. When we called to inquire about returning it, we were treated rudely. The person on the phone I’m thinking the pharmacist but not sure never apologized, mentioned to us that we should have looked at the expiration date and only offered for us to switch the medicine because it had already been opened and we could get a new pack but we couldn’

When you walk in they make you feel like they have known you for a lifetime. Such a warm feeling and beautiful establishment. I will always patronize this pharmacy. I received the best customer service ever! The smiles are priceless, and that means a lot to me. I changed all my pharmacy information at my doctor and dentist office to Brick Church Pharmacy.

Love! Love! Love This pharmacy! I was worried about transferring my insurance and medication but they made the process quick and without the headache. This pharmacy went out their way to contact my doctor personally to make sure I didn’t have to go through the hassle of making the phone calls that have me on long hold times. Thank you to the friendly staff, you guys are Amazing!!

Such a beautiful space with great customer service. Very attentive and polite workers. Attended to all my needs and questions with patience, also made valid recommendations and suggestions when I was indecisive. I am definitely going back there for further purchases.

This is probably the cleanest, most organized independent pharmacy I have ever been in! Great customer service, they offer safe and affordable prescription drugs and good selection of over the counter drugs! They have nice seasonal items that you can hardly find in other stores around the neighborhood, and the prices are below average! Great place!
