got an orthotic insert and it was great. when i needed a replacement, i saw him 3 times, paying a co-pay each time. he did not order the orthotic insert on 2 of the occasions and on the 3rd he claimed they had not ever even been ordered, and that i would need another appointment for him to finally do his job. i declined and went to a better doctor.

Personality this appointment was a waste of time and money I showed up just to be told yes my foot is broken, and that’s it I am not to happened about this appointment I should have just stayed home. Personally I do not want to visit this place again

I would have to give the office staff a negative if allowed. Was seen in ER and had a priority referral to office. Called to make an appointment. Left message (because no one ever picks up phone) asking and requesting first available appointment. Incompetent office scheduler kept returning my calls, asking me to call the office back. Finally after 3 weeks of phone tag, I was then told that Dr will be out on vacation for two weeks and that I would need another referral to different podiatrist. Never in my life have I had this much horrible Service. It’s been over two months and my foot is still broken. I would not recommend if you have an urgency need to contact this office.

Dr O'Carroll has been fantastic and very knowledgeable in his treatment. And all of his office staff have been awesome and the friendliest that I have been to.

The staff is very friendly & accommodating. The office has a nice & clean atmosphere. I would highly recommend the qualified Dr. Brian O’Carroll to anyone who has a foot problem.
