My husband and I both really like Dr. Merlino. He's pleasant and thorough but gets you out and back to your day quickly. Bonus points for the team feeding peanuts to the tail-less squirrel outside. Best waiting room entertainment ever!

Been coming here since 2022, Dr. Merlino is quick and professional and I really like him. Things can be a bit strange because you have to reach his front desk by dodging the Visionworks employees coming at you trying to hook you into new glasses. Today I had an appointment for 3:30pm, I was in the area so I stopped by at 2pm, 1.5hrs early, and Dr. Merlino’s front desk staff allowed me to fill out the paperwork and check in and then I was in and out in only 15 minutes!!! This totally made my day!

I’ve gone to Costco optical for as long as I can remember, but I ended up scheduling an appointment at this optometrist because year end is quickly approaching, and I wanted to get an eye exam in. I did not expect to have a better experience than I do at the optician at Costco but I did. I’ll likely switch over to the doctor now. Highly recommended.

One of the best eye doctor experiences. Staff were friendly and quick; in and out in 30 minutes. Dr. Merlino was nice, knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new eye doctor.

I have never had more thorough and thoughtful eye care before than my last two visits with Dr. Merlino. In the past year I had a cataract that had developed from lens-correctable to needing surgery. Dr. Merlino guided me to one of the best cataract surgery facilities here locally and in the nation. But what I’m happiest about was the detailed and comprehensive follow up exam with him the following week. He gave me answers going forward and answered lots of questions I had post-op. Really one of the best,IMO! Thanks!
