Dr. Brian K. Tavoian is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. When a crown unexpectedly fell out, he got me in quickly and took care of it with incredible professionalism and skill. He also fixed a cavity during the visit, and the entire experience was fast, smooth, and completely painless. Dr. Tavoian clearly knows what he’s doing, and you can tell he truly cares about his patients and their comfort. With decades of experience serving families in Cedar City, it’s easy to see why so many people trust him with their dental care. This dentist is honestly the best dentist I have ever went to! I was in so much pain yesterday and I had to drive an hour to get to a dentist, as we no longer have one in my town. They got me in same day and even stayed late to get me out of pain! Highly recommended!! I’ve already told half the town of Panguitch about how amazing these people are ♥️ And thank you all again, you were all incredible ♥️

I had to switch dentists from who I'd seen for a long time so I chose Dr. Tavoian based on his stellar reviews.. I wish I had changed long ago. I went in for my first appointment today and he and his staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He spent plenty of time answering my questions and making sure we go the right direction with my dental care from here on out. He was direct with his information and told it like it was. Thus far, I'm glad I made the change!

The best dentist ever!!!! He has so much patience!! His staff are the kindest ever. I always have been afraid of the dentist and now I can go peacefully. He is so attentive. He sits with you and listens to your concerns. Best doc ever!

Absolutley amazing group at Dr. Brian's office! I recommend them a 100% for anything you need for your oral health. They take there time cleaning and checking over your teeth! They actually care about your concerns, address them until you understand proper treatment and care, they take time to explain everything you need to know for keeping your teeth and gums healthy!
