Not only is Dr. Maxwell a very skilled audiologist, but is very compassionate and caring. He holds eye contact, truly listens to your concerns and has answers to any questions you may have. You can tell he cares about his patients by his manner and we have always been very comfortable with him, we have been patients of his for years. Would recommend him to anyone needing hearing evaluation and care. And secondly, Kathy, his receptionist is so friendly and helpful in all situations and needs recognition also.

I needed to get a hearing test as well as molds done for some professional hearing protection and after calling around to see about getting this done, Advanced Hearing and Balance Specialists stood out. They not only answered the phone, but was interested in what I needed. We set an appointment and they called to confirm that I was going to be there. They even had an opening that came up earlier on my day of the exam and they called to see if it was a better time for me and it was. They were very professional and timely and explained my current hearing status as well as provided the items I needed for my custom hearing protection. I will use them again for any of my hearing needs. They are true professionals and this is a great thing to see in today's world.
