The receptionist was nasty and when I spoke to the dr about, he completely defended her unprofessionalism! How does a dr see patients yet he was standing by her on the call and heard everything, not to mention, he remembers the call? What a memory!! How does he remember it if she wasn't out of character? I wouldn't waste your time with this tag team of rudeness! The staff and dr are completely ridiculous! I bet he will remember ME NOW!

I have have seen this eye dr for nearly 10 years now. But after experiencing horrible costumer service today I will not be returning! Took all of 1 phone call to find a new eye dr. This town is full of them be careful how your treat you loyal patients!!!!!

I have been seeing Dr McNerney since I was in my teens, I’m now 45, I’ve always had a pleasant experience and great customer service, staff is always friendly and prompt!!!
