I made an appointment with the doctor, but when I arrived, he let his intern handle the entire visit. While I understand students need experience, I paid to see the doctor, not a trainee. There was nothing seriously wrong with the care, but I didn’t feel confident or comfortable with the arrangement. I won’t be coming back.
Dr. Webb is an excellent doctor. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He made sure I understood everything he was saying about my diagnosis. Thank you
Staff is very friendly. Dr. Webb is very knowledgeable, very patient w me, awesome at communicating and listened to my concerns. I was very impressed how well my surgery went and the healing process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM! THANKS SO MUCH DR. WEBB AND STAFF!
Doctor was good, but BUYER BEWARE!!!! I will NEVER go to JPS again! They charged me a $350 "facility fee" JUST TO WALK THROUGH THE DOOR on top of the doctor visit and shot I received! Its OBSCENE BUSINESS PRACTICES to charge patients ridiculous amounts of money to just WALK THROUGH THE DOOR!!!!!! They just steal from patients because they aren't happy with the money they received through insurance contracts they negotiated.
Dr Webb did a great job with my knee issues. He explained things so they could be easily understood. I would go back to him again.
