There's a reason this Dermatologist only has 3.2 stars! STAY AWAY! Two times now they have said they don't take my insurance and I've had to pay "up front". The first time they realized that I only had to pay my deductible and I received a refund, the second time they said they didn't take my new insurance and I had to pay the full visit fee "up front", which I did. Now they call me and tell me that they only needed a new primary doctor referral for my insurance to be taken!!!!! I hung up on them. They play THAT game. Like I said, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! There are plenty of dermatologists around.

If I could give this office 0 stars, I would. I made an appointment to be seen for eczema. Online it does not say that Dr. Fabian only specializes in skin cancer, I came here because they took my insurance and I was desperate to see a dermatologist ASAP. The medical assistant who made my appointment was aware that I was coming in for eczema. I needed my appointment moved up because I was having an emergency flare and hoped to find some help here. When I had to reschedule, I once again stated that I was needing to be treated for eczema. No problem, they got me in the next day. Tell me how I got there, did paperwork, paid an $80 copay, just to find out that Dr. Fabian and his team couldn’t help me. Melanie Danner PA-C and assistant. Jenna were actually 10 Stars. I owned and ran multiple businesses over the past 40 years and know customer service. Melanie and Jenna surpassed all my expectations and took great care of me thank you both!!

Dr. Fabián was rude and dismissive. I felt really uncomfortable. Thank God the PA Melanie Danner was in the room. She explained everything so well and made me feel heard and addressed my concerns. The staff was also really nice and welcoming.
