Dr. Lacy battered and SA’d me in front of two witnesses (an MA and my mother). When Mayo found out, they stated there was “literature” to support what he had done was “simply show me how to use a suppository”. He did this by forcibly placing my right handhand in an O shape (I have EDS and my joints in my hands hurt badly) and stuck his fingers in the O-shape and began moving them vigorously up and down, I tried to yank my wrist away. He then harshly moved his fingers in circular motions in my now aching hand, while I continued trying to yank my arm away from him. Risk management said they did an investigation and it was over now. Had first appointment. He ordered tests for me at the conclusion of the appointment. He requested that I schedule the tests and a follow-up video visit after the tests were performed. I scheduled the tests. Then, I called the office to schedule the follow-up video visit. He and his staff refused to schedule the video visit, and he would not provide an "order" to his staff for me to schedule the video visit. Mayo should request his resignation.

I sincerely liked Dr. Lacy, Gastroenterologist at the Mayo Clinic - Jacksonville. He performed my Colonoscopy. And, prior to surgery he spoke with me to explain what the procedure would entail. I found him easy and sincere to talk with and ask questions. He appeared self assured, but not arrogant. His mellow voice was funny and ingratiating, while still professional. He allayed any apprehension I may have had prior to my surgery. Such a nice man!

I saw Dr Lacy when he was in Dartmouth New Hampshire. He is absolutely amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and sincere. He literally saved my life. I have extreme Irritable bowel syndrome with diareha. For 11 years no one could figure it out in Vermon . Went to dr lacy and bang done all testing and on way to recovery in less than a month. Medication and gluten free, dairy free, low FODMAP diet is the golden nugget for me. I owe my life to him. Thank you isn't enough Dr lacy. I miss you and hope all is well.

Seemed knowledgeable but couldn’t fix the issue. Baptist did.
