All the staff I came in to contact with met me with a smile. They were all very quick and caring. Dr. Law was also quick, polite, and very informative. I am Very happy I went to Crystal Clinic.

Entire staff is knowlegable & well trained. They are also helpful, accommodating & very friendly. It's an overall feeling of warmth & security. Dr Law was excellent. He explained in terms I fully understood what was wrong with my ankle. He used my X-Rays to show me. He was thorough enough that I didn't even hav questions afterward. He shows that he is knowledgeable about his field of expertise by his ease in explaing to me. He also told me of next option so I had an informed decision of what's next. I hav gone to Crystal Clinic for all of my orthopedic needs for almost 50 years and Dr Law & all the staff at Crystal Clinic, Green demonstrated why I hav always gone to Crystal Clinic. No one is rushed & they are able to convey calm assurance to me that they are there to help me.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and efficiency of the Crystal Clinic. My appointments were with the clinic in Green. Dr. Brian Law was very patient and understanding in answering my questions and explaining the procedure. My foot surgery has gone smoothly and I would recommend The Crystal Clinic and Dr Law to everyone.

My surgery with Dr. Brian Law and staff at Crystal Clinic was beyond my most hopeful expectations. He performed a fracture/screw fixation on my fifth metatarsal. Everything about the surgery was clearly explained to me and I was well-prepared. The surgery went smoothly and my recovery has been successful. The staff was exceptionally helpful and compassionate. My sincerest thank you for a very positive experience!

Felt Dr was rude. Didn’t take time to explain I got the images from ER as well as images from there and my PT told us more than Dr did! I asked about pain medication he said he doesn’t ever write scrips. I had only asked about Tylenol w/ codeine for a couple nights. I wasn’t asking for anything major. I would differently go elsewhere! He came in said he didn’t agree with original Dx! Just rudely says need to wear a brace and go to PT and walked out. My overall impression was not very good. As a nurse i would not ever send a referral to Crystal Clinic. Yes I understand that his evaluation was not the same and that happens! However , it wasn’t what he said it’s the way it was given! I felt like I was there just to waste his time!
