My primary care physician's office called to schedule an appointment for my many spine problems. Several weeks went by, and I never received an appointment. I called the Back Center, and a human put me through to voicemail. I left a very polite, detailed message, and no one called returned my call! This is unethical!

Good luck getting a hold of someone to get an appointment to get your results. A month later, I was able to get an appointment to get my results of an MRI

I was a patient there at the BACK Center with Dr. Merhab once I finally got an appt. with him I explained to him that I was there for a frozen shoulder and lower back pain. He at first tested me fine and for why I explained to him that I was there for. The next visit I saw him he was reading in the computer and said you have cancer I proceed to say not anymore an he says then you can never have any injections. Fine with me. The next month or 2 go by fine then he again says you have cancer and proceeds to put me on pain meds for cancer patients. I told him that I didn't have it anymore but he wouldn't listen to me. I needed pan meds so I had no choice but to take it and tried to take as little as possible. In June he tells me you don't have cancer you don't need these meds you have to co

I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and was told that I wasn't early enough so they would have to reschedule me because they were already backed up.

I have experienced the best possible care from everyone at the back center for over twenty years.
