I was seen within hours the same day of my referral primary dentist! From the moment I walked in to the office I felt like I was already a patient that was known to them. My referring dentist had given all the information needed to make me feel that way, and Brevard Endodontics from the moment I walked in made me feel like I was in good hands and safe! Doctor Jon Scalarcio DMD was kind, patient and explained everything in detail. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable and totally unpressured on my decisions. The root canal was done on a tooth that already had a temporary crown and the area was quite inflamed,tender and this made me a little anxious and apprehensive as to what laid ahead with possible pain, since the area was already quite uncomfortable. I honestly can not say enough good things. I have a complex dental situation, and my these guys went above and beyond. They are efficient, competent and beyond kind. Dr. Bienias is a wonderful human being, extremely honest, and great at what he does. Not only did he take good care of me , he has checked on me since my procedure. The personal follow up call (s) were so needed and appreciated, as I am very nervous with anything dental. He genuinely cares, which is so hard to find these days. I cant say enough about this place! I had a root canal at the Viera office and the minute I walked in I felt more comfortable and at ease. I am always nervous with going to a dentist, and this was a big deal to me to have a root canal! I had several days of extreme tooth pain and thought I was going to lose my mind, but, Dr. Jon S. was so gentle, communicative, and very comforting. I was also impressed how he spoke so well to his assistant Courtney. She was also very comforting as well! I made it thru the root canal because of them and the entire staff was so comforting! The office staff was very friendly and kind, and this whole experience was scary for me, but, everyone in the Viera office helped me thru it! The staff and dentist were all very pleasant and caring. They were cautious in that they did NOT immediately jump to conclusions about me needing a root canal, and even waited one month to see if the tooth would settle down, as testing and x-rays were inconclusive at first. The procedure itself was as painless as could be expected (just the standard pinch from novacaine injection), and also done with care and concern for my comfort. Dr. Bienias even called later that evening to check up on me and make sure I wasn't having any issues. I highly recommend Brevard Endodontics!

I had an outstanding experience at Brevard Endodontics. From the start, the staff made me feel completely comfortable, and they explained every step with clarity. My procedure was flawless, and their follow-up was top-notch. What really stood out was the personal care—my dentist, who is also a veteran, called me that evening to check on me.
