Wow! what a great experience. The knowledge,care and concern Dr Burnett and vet tech Christina gave my cat during a very difficult procedure was beyond the call of duty. These humans truly care and will make sure your animals receive the wellness to live their best life! I am leaving my current vet to bring both my cats here from now on. Animals deserve the best care with great knowledge people. These humans are the real deal.

The staff and vet were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The vet took time to explain my dog's epilepsy and coping mechanisms. I really appreciate the time and dedication they devote to their patients!

BEWARE – Ongoing issues with office management and prescription handling I have been a client at this practice for approximately 14 years, and unfortunately, my experiences with the office manager (female, shoulder-length brown hair, glasses) have consistently been negative. Her attitude and demeanor toward clients have been unprofessional for as long as I have been coming here, and I am confident many long-term clients will recognize exactly who I am referring to. Recently, these issues escalated in a way that directly affected my dog’s pain management. I was only given a one-week supply of my dog’s pain medication, and it then took an additional three business days just to obtain the printed prescriptions. I have taken both of my dogs to Brevard Aid to Animals, and I feel that my pets are treated with care and kindness. Walk-ins are welcome, but there may be a wait; however, it is well worth it because of the excellent treatment my fur babies receive. The veterinarian and the technicians are extremely knowledgeable and always help me make the best decisions for my dogs' needs. The prices for visits and treatments are very reasonable.

wanna give them 5 stars because the vet & techs are awesome but wait times (with appointment) are ridiculous… in exam rooms (talking 3 hour visits) & with admin for check-in/out & good luck getting someone on the phone to help in under 10 min or without calling back numerous times. also, prices aren’t much better than average vet and you have to pay for a script - $10 just to have them print it out. all that said, again, I want to stress that the caregivers & staff are excellent… just make sure you clear the afternoon or morning for a visit.
