Amazing mental health professionals made it almost worth being treated like a pest by the front staff for three years. I saw Arielle briefly for therapy (I had to stop for my own financial reasons, sadly) and saw Lisa Baker for three years for my psych meds. They were both excellent care providers who really listened and took me seriously every time I saw them. But good God, at what cost, when the front staff all makes you feel terrible for existing? From my second visit there in 2021 - I misunderstood about my copay (they hadn't asked for one at my first visit, and didn't ask at my second visit until AFTER I had been seen) I was embarrassed by the misunderstanding and stood there broke and ashamed while Millie rolled her eyes at me repeatedly while scoffing and making me feel terrible fo

Reviewing Clinic not center. I am so very upset! This is the third time i have been out of a prescription. Dealing with mental illness i do not see how it is acceptable to leave a paitent without their medicine. I had to get off of a perscription bc it was name brand and could not afford it, well went to the pharmacy and again i am perscribed two name brands that i can not afford. And the front office lady Milie is anything but polite. When dealing with people who struggle with depression and bi polar you would think this lady would have some sensitivity when talking to patients. She left me in tears after her phone calls today. I get it lady insurance companies are annoying but do you know it takes the life out of me to have to deal with this too!!!! Im not making over an hour drive anym

After my last review, Brentwood ask me to fill out a complaint by a web site that does not work. Like all communication with patients, not important at all.
