BreezeMed Urgent Care

I had an excellent experience at BreezeMed Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff, nurse, and entire team were welcoming, kind, and professional. Dr. Conti was exceptional—compassionate, attentive, and truly took the time to listen and provide thoughtful care. The level of professionalism and bedside manner from Dr. Conti and the entire staff was outstanding. I’ve been to many doctors’ offices and urgent care centers in Naples over the past 20 years, and this was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had. You can genuinely feel that this team cares about their patients.

This clinic is unbelievable wonderful. Everyone was very kind and caring. The most amazing experience was Dr. Anthony Conti. He reviewed the lab work that was done 4 days before and determined that my wife Joyce did not have shingles as she was informed but actually had severe infection. He prescribed antibiotics and Joyce is recovering nicely. The rest of the story ; as Paul Harvey ; would say is Dr. Conti called Sunday morning to check on Joyce, left his personal cell phone number, and said to call him anytime day or night. This does not happen in today’s world. It is normally see as many patients as possible and generate as much income as possible. Dr. Conti DOES NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THAT MENTALITY. HE IS THROUGH AND CHECKS EVERY THING. DR. CONTI IS THE MOST CARING, THOUGHTFUL, AND KIND DOC

Just visited BreezeMed in Naples. I am from out of town & I can tell you - GO HERE - It was an amazing experience! Seen very quickly & courteously. Staff - Erika,Yelaine & Nephy -somehow make you feel comfortable & relaxed!. Dr. Conti is very knowledgeable & doesn't rush you. He exceeded my expectations in every possible way!

I recently had the need to visit BreezeMed Urgent Care my experience was very good. I’m not one to normally write reviews but I feel the need to do so for this center. I was seen by Dr Conti. He explained everything clearly, his follow-up was excellent, which really showed how much they care about their patients. I felt listened to and well cared for. Highly recommend !!!

During my visit this morning everyone was extremely kind and helpful, from the young lady who signed me in at the front desk to Maggie, the medical assistant, to the lab tech, and Dr. Anthony Conti. The wait was long, just over an hour, the waiting room was full, I was feeling miserable; but they took care of me and gave expert efficient information and advice, along with two new prescriptions. I highly recommend them for convenient competent empathetic medical care. My sincere thanks.
