I went to this office I had a very good experience with them .they had a few people before me but the service was very fast ,and very nice doctor I was pleased .

My experience at the beginning with this center was normal, even though I didn’t like that the doctor conducted the visit through a tablet. However, I continued going. My last visit was the worst experience I had with them. I went to request a referral to an endocrinologist because I had horrible pain in my abdomen. I explained everything that was happening and why I needed the referral. The doctor never listened to anything I said and hadn’t even palpated my abdomen because the visit was also through a tablet and she had already diagnosed me with a lipoma and told me to apply tea tree oil to make the lipoma disappear, even though she could see the anxiety I had due to the fear of everything I was experiencing and she never referred me to the Endocrinologist, I also asked for a hormone pan

Dr.Bataille saved my life. I have read the reviews, but my experience is quite different. My first visit I was skeptical about anything different as to a diagnosis. I was constantly in pain. All my joints were constantly hurting, weakness, always tired I was told my another doctor I had rhumatoid arthritis.I was completely misdiagnosed thanks to this doctor, my symptoms disappeared in 4 weeks. Now I am continuing my treatment inclusive of a holistic diet. I am forever greatful she is not a pill pusher.

This clinic is not a place where you can get care safely. I went for a general check up and blood work. First of all the dr wasn’t even there The receptionist held a tablet in front of me with the Dr on Zoom. The receptionist also took my vitals and checked my lungs. I needed blood and I had to get stuck twice because they forgot an order Then my blood went missing and they had no excuse. I was promised a call the day after to see if they found it and I didn’t even get a courtesy call Stay away from this clinic

Whenever you comes here. It take forever to see the doctor, then when you see her, it takes an additional hour for her to finally check you out. I dragged whenever i have to take my mom to this doctor office.
