Excellent experience. Sports clearance physical was performed timely. Easy check in. Dr Escalante performed evaluation. $35 was a great deal for service provided. I would recommend Brea Urgent Care.

On 10/19/25, I took my husband to Brea Urgent Care because he was having shortness of breath, rapid heartbeat, dizziness, and anxiety. He’s a healthy man in his early 30s with no prior medical issues. The front desk staff and medical assistant were kind and professional. The MA performed three EKGs and said the provider wanted multiple readings, but all came out the same. When the PA, Zehra Zehad, came in, she told us that my husband’s results were not normal and that he had a NSTEMI (heart attack). We were shocked. She said she would not call an ambulance and instead told me to drive him to the hospital and tell them he had a heart attack. She didn’t specify which hospital. I went here for an examination due to a viral infection and I was worried. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted appropriately and after I filled out the required forms. I sat down for my name to be called. Low and behold, I didn’t have to wait long. The nurse took my vital signs and took a cotton swab sample in my throat. As I was waiting patiently, for the physician to see, Dr. Andrew greeted me with the utmost care. Asked me a few questions and I told him this and that. And I happened to bring a book along—“The Let Them Theory” by Mel Robbins. And Dr. Andrew beat me to the punch, explaining what the book was all about. Be prepared to wait, even with an appointment. I made an 11 a.m. appointment for a drug test, physical and TB clearance. Per the site, I was to arrive at 11:45 to fill out additional paperwork after I had already filled out a lot of it online. I arrived at 10:36. There were about 5 other people there. At 10:50, one of the women waiting asked how long it would be for her to be seen since she had a 10 a.m. appointment. The girl at the front desk said she was next and would be called soon. At 11 a.m., I asked how long it would be for me to be seen and was told they were getting a room ready for me. At 11:45, I was finally called. Went in today with an earache, saw Dr. Andrew Perry. He was wonderful! He’s like the old-fashioned type doctors I know and love so I found myself a new doctor. Office is clean, spotless and beautiful! Lots of parking Clinic staff are great as as well as the nurses
