I had a filling done today and it was a painless procedure! I had an excellent experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and professional. Alicia made check-in easy, and I never felt rushed or overlooked. Dr. Kwok and her assistants Alondra and Itzel took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. The office itself is clean, modern, and calming. I truly felt like they cared about my health and comfort, not just getting me in and out. Tonia has been such an Angel, with always helping me throughout this journey, so attentive and she always takes her time to answer any questions I may have and provides me with all the best options available for me, we absolutely love her! Everything at this office was clean, organized, and on-time. I felt very comfortable meeting Dr. Kwok, and she won my trust with how gently she worked. Parking was also easy and overall the experience was pleasant. Looking forward to coming here for my regular checkups from now on!
