Brazos Urgent Care

This urgent care is in a very convenient location, and I've gone here for years. However, after going in this morning, I don't think I'm going to go anymore. When taking the payment for my copay, the very rude lady working the front desk grabbed the credit card machine, signed scribbling in place of my signature, took my card out of the machine, and threw it back at me. I've never had that happen anywhere. Totally unprofessional. In response to my asking her not to do that, she gave a smart "it's already done".

My wife went there a few days ago and said that’s her last time because it didn’t seem as good as it used to be and she told two people to use HEB pharmacy but they sent her prescriptions to Walgreens. I decided to go there today out of convenience and the visit seemed okay, but they pulled the same exact pharmacy stunt on me. I told two people HEB and they sent it to Walgreens.

I’ve been here before and had fairly good service, but I had to visit on a Sunday. The online and on-site hours indicated that they open at 9 a.m., which was incorrect. I arrived at 10:30 a.m., but the doors were locked. Another person arrived after me, tried to open the door, and then left. Please update your hours accordingly. Thank you

They drew my blood and the lady literally asked me to hold the needle while it was still in my arm. NEVER in my entire life have I had a doctor ask me to do that. If you can’t do you job without asking your patience for help you shouldn’t be a nurse/doctor!!!

Not a fan. Doctor was in a hurry to leave. Seemed like I was inconvenient for her. Automatically prescribed me something without actual research/facts. Then she couldn't even remember what she prescribed to me. To top it off left me in the room while she was packing her bag to leave, I had to go out into the hallway to confirm I was good to go.
