Bad service, the receptionists are rude and vulgar, and not to mention the gentleman who calls himself a doctor, who is super rude. He lacks a lot of professionalism, patience, and empathy.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had! I've been going to eye doctors for over 20 years, but decided to try a new place closer to home, and what a mistake that was. First, I waited two hours from my scheduled appointment time to be seen! When I arrived, I was told to remove my contacts (which is standard), but I’ve always been seen within minutes after doing so. Instead, I sat in the waiting room, partially blind, for two hours before seeing the doctor. Why ask me to remove my contacts if I wouldn’t be seen right away? By the time I was called, I had a headache from straining to see. When I finally saw the doctor, he seemed upset that I hadn’t brought my glasses. I explained that I don’t use or wear them because I rely solely on contacts, but he seemed judgmental and told me I shoul

I do not recommend this place for kids!! My daughter is 5 & was the only kid in there. It was a bad experience all around! My daughter’s appointment was at 10:45am and wasn’t seen until after 1pm. When she was finally called in, it felt so rushed because he had 10 other patients. Mr. Braunstein did NOT make my daughter feel comfortable & was rough with her. She walked out of there very upset and said “mommy I don’t want to come here ever again.” I will most definitely take her up on that & find her another doctor.

Friendly staff. Doctor makes a great effort to communicate with his Spanish speaking patients. He explains the condition of the illness, and the directions for taking the medication. My only complaint is the wait to be seen. Had an 11a appointment and was seen at 12:05p, and that is not including the 20mins early arrival. Also, updating the wall decour and the furniture is way overdue.
