Warning ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️Bass City Pharmacy in East Main Street Waterbury They are unprofessional, disrespectful, they have given me other people's medications, I have to keep calling to get my medications refilled and delivered to my house.They haven't sent to me a very important device that is for text glucose in the Blood.

WARNING ⚠️ I am so disappointed in this Delivery driver. She dropped off someone else's Meds to Me. Thank God I ALWAYS read the label before opening the bag. If I were speeding I could of gotten sick or possibly killed. PAY ATTENTION PPL‼️‼️ Someone else's error could cost Yu.

Great drivers and technicians. The services they offer are very convenient between medboxes and delivery of your prescriptions! English and Spanish speaking staff as well.

The drivers are the best, the young ladies are nice. It is a quality place wish I had been using them last yr.

These people do not know what they are doing barely understand English 🙄 short staffed and extremely unorganized and unprofessional
