I have throughly enjoyed my time at the clinic. Not only have they listened to me, supported me, and ensure I had enough time to recover. They actually care. NP. Jennifer was the first provider that I had the pleasure of working with. Her passion and care for her patients ensure they get the care that they need to fully recover. She allowd me to explain what happened with no judgements and was vested in my healing process even when I had to be sent out. NP. Lynn is extremely dedicated to the care of her patients. She ask thorough questions to ensure she understands the patients needs. Give the correct restrictions to ensure no futher injury is done to the affected area and the correct amount of time is give for fully recovery. I’ve been coming to Braselton Urgent Care for over 10 years and they used to be fabulous with amazing bedside manner and care, but after today’s visit (2/21/2025), with my 3-year-old, and a couple not great ones previous, I won’t be back due to the clear decline of this practice. We waited over an hour to be seen which is understandable since it’s a weekend, but the NP was dismissive from the start. I had to push for her ears to even be checked after a negative RSV test. The NP said her cough she’s had for over a month was “normal for 3-4 weeks after the flu,” even though it’s been longer, and told us to just administer honey and Zarbee’s… When I insisted she check my daughter’s ears as she was complaining of pain, she finally did, and confirmed an ear infection. i went to this urgent care this past Tuesday. Ms.Townley was the provider That i saw. She was amazing. Her assistant was very gentle with the nose swabs as i was diagnosed with covid. Ms Townley was attentive with my symptoms. as she was checking my ears my left was was in pain. after realizing the level of pain she was very careful while examining. i was very relieved that the wait time was minimal and i did not have to wait while in the examining room. i would say i was in and out in about 30 min. i will definitely use Braselton again and hopefully Ms Townley will be there

I was recently seen at Braselton Urgent care for ongoing sinus issues. I was welcomed at the front desk by Cayti who was very sweet and called my insurance to make sure the verification information was correct, since I expressed previous concerns. Josselin was the medical assistant that brought me back and made sure that all of my concerns were presented to the provider. She was clear about the testing that would be done and made me feel very comfortable. Lynn then came in and did a full assessment on me and after lots of conversation and listening she decided that since the issues were chronic, it would benefit me to see an ENT. I had rhe beat experience. I came in with asthma attack. As soon as I walked in cayti treated me friendly and got me checking in so quick. Josselin then got me back fast and was very good to recheck my blood pressure. Lynn was very quick and efficient and was also very thorough. I definitely recommend this place.
