Braselton Pharmacy

My experience with this pharmacy has been very much appreciated. You get the Customer Service that can only be found in a small business that is independently owned. Mr. Bharat, the Pharmacist and Owner, has gone way above his call of duty in providing me with the right medications in a more than timely manner. If you have any problems with your medications or Insurance, he will take the time to explain what the problem is and, if needed, take the steps necessary to resolve them in order to help you in your time of need, something we all face these days. I will continue to use Braselton Pharmacy so give them a try and see why I became a customer for life.

This is a terrible pharmacy that wants nothing but your money!!!!!!! My baby has multiple congenital heart defects and currently has a feeding tube. His feeding tube through his nose to stomach causes severe reflux so he needs omeprazole as it's the only thing that works for his reflux. His insurance would not cover which I understand.... but I have been paying $100 for a 30 day supply that doesn't even last 30 days. I called multiple other pharmacy's and none of them charged more than $30 for this prescription. I'm so pleased to know that I have been ripped off!!!!! I'm sick at the fact of how much I've been overpaying and could've saved in the past month. I'm unable to work since I have to care for my little one so the extra money I could've saved could've really been relieving. Not to

I am very impressed with Mr Sinojia. He is friendly, very helpful and a wealth of knowledge. I have had a chronic issue that so far has not been resolved. But Mr Sinojia suggested a treatment option that the Mayo Clinic did not even suggest. I called my Dr who wrote the prescription and I am currently trying it to see if it will help. He also compounded another treatment that my doctor prescribed which does give me some temporary relief. I highly recommend Braselton Pharmacy and greatly value the customer service and knowledge.

Bharat is a life saver. When my compounding pharmacy suddenly couldn't serve Georgia anymore with zero advance notice I had no idea how I was going to get my compounded prescription filled. Bharat was able to get my prescription transferred and refilled the same day. He was so kind, professional, and prompt and I'm thrilled to be using a Georgia local business for my medication now. UPDATE: I got my medication in less than 48 hours. The total cost was about equal to my previous pharmacy and Bharat included some little mints. 10/10 customer service.

Did you know that this is 'Thank your pharmacist month. Most people might say, 'Big deal!', but when you live with your aging parents a great pharmacist is truly a blessing. So I wanted to take time to say THANK YOU to Bharat Sinojia at Braselton Pharmacy. Always kind and helpful. Personally calls you when an order is ready for pick up. Answers questions with a smile. Very knowledgeable. Awesome customer service. If you want something he doesn't carry, he will order and have it there, often the next day and will call you to let you know it is available.
