I Love Dr. Wang! So down to earth, & actually listens & when she responds, it's a valuable teaching moment for me. The staff is very patient with us older folks who are not so computer savvy. I needed help with the "new" check in machine & the receptionist stood with me & helped the step by step process. Each nurse tech is also very nice & congenial. I got lost going to Middletown office & was late & appreciated their understanding. My only complaint is how this "new world of computers" is taking away from patients feelings of being human to just being A NUMBER to the staff & doctors. Bless you all & Thank you all for your patience today. You all are GREAT!

I went for my first visit and should have turned around after a patient cussed the receptionist out. The nursing assistant was very friendly. My main problem was that i went in and the doctor was just as cocky and and the more questions I asked he seem agitated. I went in an came out like omg I dont know anymore than when I went in. He was like im gonna order labs. I said I just had them completed on Monday. He said not what I was gonna order. Well, well, well, my endo doctor already had the labs he needed ordered. Smh. Bedside manner, and professionalism can go a long way in the medical field. Don't matter what job title you have. Get some GRACE.

I've been seeing Dr. Justin Sausville for approximately 2 months now. He is a very wonderful and compassionate doctor with great bedside manners which is very important to me. As the patient I feel the only dumb question for a doctor to answer is the question you as the patient don't ask. Dr. Sausville takes the time to answer any and all questions. He is a very knowledgeable and smart surgeon who I put all my faith in and would highly recommend to any family members as well as friends. Thank you and God bless.....

The digital intake form was a nightmare. Besides, you have all that info already. You need to get a better system. On the other hand, Samantha was terrific. And so was her assistant without whom I would never completed the intake. So, your people are outstanding but your system sucks.

The nurse was cheerful and kind .. Jessica NP was respectful and educated my daughter so it was easy for her to comprehend. The receptionist was helpful however the check out receptionist with the glasses needs to be friendly. she act look she did not to be at work. I understand we have our personal issues or maybe even bias however dealing with the public we have to put our personal issues aside and make our clients / patients feel comfortable.-Dr. Townsend DNP, RN
