I've been a client of this veterinary service for two years. I've spent thousands of dollars I felt that their service has been exemplary until what happened present day . They took care of my Sarah when she passed and have been really accommodating to me. That's why I was shocked yesterday evening when I called at 6 PM because my 16 month lab puppy had blood in his eye and they told me they couldn't squeeze him in and that he probably had an allergy and to take 50 mg of Benadryl The bleeding Got worse I was very upset because they were still open till late. 8 pm 2 more hours and were pushing me off to urgent care You expect a vet who's been treating your dog to manage the relationship better than that so I took the dog to urgent care cost $600 and he had a hemorrhage of a blood vessel in

I have been going to this clinic since Dr. Bill opened it many many many years ago. I was very sad to see Dr. Bill retire but certainly understood. My first appointment since Dr. Bill left was with Dr. Angelica. First off, there were 5-6 staff members in the waiting room area, I had an appointment at 11:40, almost noon I still hadn't been taken back. I asked how behind were they, they said they would be right with me. When I was finally taken back, I was told I would be seen between the sick visits. Um, I have an appointment so the sick visits should be seen between appointments, (sorry I'm not heartless about other animals being sick but you know if we were 20 minutes late, they wouldn't see us and would charge a fee). After six years, I switched vets and started taking my two dogs to Brandt Vet Services. Within five minutes, Dr. Steve had already figured out what was wrong with my oldest dog - his diagnostic skills are amazing. I really wish I hadn't waited six years to come here. The staff are so sweet and helpful. You are invited, and welcome, to wait in the large, airy waiting room. My youngest dog is special needs (high anxiety). The vet techs were wonderful with her (and me). I am thrilled my family joined Brandt Vet Services and highly recommend because of their wonderful staff, great doctor, and clean/large waiting room.

We have been taking our cats here for 3 years. They've helped our family through losing our two elderly girls and establishing care with them with our adopted fur babies later has been easy. My mom has a hearing impairment and Dr. Natalie speaks clearly and is patient when asked to repeat things. She treats the humans and the animals with dignity and love! We always request her specifically, but for emergencies (like with our elders) other team members have been delightful as well. They never push expensive products on us and are honest about potential side effects of drugs. It does seem like the front staff is always training new people. I'm not sure what that is about, because everyone seems happy there.

Dr. Angelica and the nurse that helped me there were awesome! My dog Jase has "white coat syndrome" and they dealt with it verify professionally. My dog was non stop itching, bald spots all over his body. They found the issue in 10 mins. Just after 48 hours after being diagnosed and giving him the prescribed meds the itching was gone! Highly recommend! Prices were very reasonable. You will not go broke trying to care for your pet at Brand compared to any other vets around. Do not listen to any bad reviews that are given. I will always bring my dog here from now on!
