Dr. Erickson is very thorough checking out some issues I was having with clear vision on one of my lenses. He listens to your concerns & looks at everything to determine the issues. Everything was explained & options were given to resolve them. The very next day I was called to schedule the next step I chose to do to resolve the issue. The assistant & staff were very pleasant.

Didn't even see the Dr. I made an appointment for contacts, not glasses. The assistant tried to fit me in for an appointment for contacts with a different Dr, but I had already waited for almost an hour, and was so upset, I had to leave. I had to take time off work for this appointment, and all I got was frustrated and lost time. Didn't get my eye exam, didn't see a Dr, didn't get contacts, and lost time from work.

Dr himself was lovely as always. I was disappointed today when they told me at the END of my exam today that it was an additional $50 to access my prescription at the end of my appointment, above and beyond my insurance OOP costs. I now have to take another day off and have my eyes dilated again just to access my insurance coverage for my glasses prescription. Or pay additional $50. Medical providers have taken a cue from insurance corporations and predatory billing practices have arrived in 360°. There is no escaping it. If the corporations want me to work to pay their bills, I’m gonna need an up to date prescription on my glasses so I can keep working this hard to not access care. Super fun. Dr. Erickson and the team were amazing! I came here from a different state because I know this clinic is ethical, does good work and cares about my wellbeing. The clinic where I lived tried to upsell my choice. Dr. Erickson told me that he would have the same thing done that he’s doing for my eyes. I really appreciate the honesty. He’s also kind, personable and patient. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!
