Brandermill Eye Center

Extremely hard to set a simple appointment as “uncle sam” is the reason for what ever issues? Set appointment for annual exam which took about 20 minutes due to her explaining how to treat consumers. Arrived for said appointment and was told that she will have to due an hour and a half medical exam because my eyes were “red” (my eyes were irritated) which I explained the reasoning (my contact lenses). She advised she will do medical exam and prescribe eyedrops and treatment plan which I advised I do not want to be prescribed anything until the exam is done. She became irate and advices me to leave. She then texted me to complain about ME canceling when SHE refused to service me because I “wasn’t trying to listen”. She then advised that we can try again the next day. 2nd try..was SURE to no

I called this eye office on a Friday at 4:00 because it showed it was open until 7:00 p.m. I had injured my eye and was trying to find out if I should be seen, or not. The doctor that answered the phone was very difficult to understand, she speaks very poor English and without asking me any questions told me that I needed to be seen immediately by an ophthalmologist specialist. My injury was a scratched eye with light sensitivity. She stated she had been practicing for 10+ years and emohasized she knew what she was talking about. Her suggestion was to go immediately before I lose my vision and then hung up on me. I think she is crazy and I would NEVER go to this eye doctor.

Asian lady that answered the phone was extremely unhelpful and rude. I kept asking for when the next opening was and she refused to tell me and actually laughed at me for trying to book an appointment!! Then when I asked again when the next opening is, she dismissed me by saying bye! I guess they aren't allowed to hang up on customers, so she just started typing in my ear. Then when she saw I wasn't hanging up after her display of poor attitude (I was shocked) she came back on the phone and was trying to ask me for my information, but continued to refuse acknowledgement of my question! I wouldn't give her my personal information when she couldn't even even tell me when their next opening was. Then she started talking about it snowing out- there is no snow, it's not even cold enough to snow

Called to make an appointment for an eye exam and the receptionist kept saying, “next appointment is far away,” and wouldn’t help me book it. When I tried to ask when their next opening was, she explained that is was pink eye season. I wasn’t sure how that related to my question, so I asked again when their next appointment was and she hung up.

After treatment I have 20/20 vision without glasses or surgery!! Was experiencing blurry vision, dry eyes, cataract It was a blessing to find the Brandermill Eye Center. I have searched for a long time for a doctor to find out the reasons for the problems I was having with my eyes and to actually care about their patients and when I started going to see doctor Angela shen at the brandermill eye center she was so kind to me and she found out what was going on with my eyes and was very patient with me and now I have 20/20 eye vision again I was so grateful then I brought my two grandsons there she also helped me out with their eye sight their eye sight was bad but doctor Angela found out the cause and now they can see a lot better I’m so grateful to Doctor Angela Shen and the brandermill e
