about as aggressive as i have ever experienced in all areas of life. For a pharmacy to want to question my relationship with my physician and PUSH PUSH PUSH PUSH for refills is unacceptable PERIOD. I would rate less stars but they did deliver timely on first order. Their money back guarantee ...I am not counting on it. because they are so aggressive. Don't allow auto refills until you are certain that their product works for you. I suspect I'm not the only one to experience their sales sales sales orientation.

Generally good service and fast shipping. My main complaint is that their sales tactics are a little pushy. They'll keep calling you once a week (minimum) to get you submit a refill once their records indicate that you're due for one. The lady who called me today was a fast talker who tried to add auto-fill to my account without asking me.

Not sure why all these reviews are so negative. The two people I spoke with over the phone were extremely polite, understanding, and friendly. The best service I have received from a pharmacy.

The only effect I got was a lighter wallet!
