Bramblebush Pediatrics

I’ve been taking my oldest here for 8 years and now my youngest. All three of my girls have gotten nothing but the best care here at bramble bush. The staff here is amazing my girls feel safe and comfortable when visiting the office for either sick or well visits. Dr Tierney and Edwards are awesome! Vicky Brice and dr Bailey are wonderful also. The nursing staff are caring and attentive.

Receptionist was very rude upon arrival was told to “come here “ what a great way to greet a new patient . Told me my daughter wasn’t in the system even though she’s been transferred & has 2 appointments set up. Told me the information I gave for insurance isn’t correct which is the one her old pediatrician used and cvs with no issues basically told me I was incorrect… lol then I got switched to another lady oh wow found my child in your system.. yet this First Lady was even rude to other employees . My child is 9 months old I called as she seemed sick nurse was rude & not friendly or caring . They didn’t do anything. So rude , uncaring , made me so uncomfortable, find a better office . I’d really like to call the higher ups / corporate if there is one cause literally terrible terrible for

The absolute worst pediatrics office around. Will never help my son when he has a double ear infection. Have to go to urgent care to get antibiotics after a week of him being in pain. (This has happened multiple times now) What pediatrician wants to let an infant sit in pain for weeks. They rush us out every single time and never do they’re job. Do not bring your child here

Bramblebush Pediatrics is such a caring and friendly environment for children. My boys are aging out now and we’re so sad to move on.

Love our care team!! They go above and beyond for my daughter's and are always very kind and respectful !
