Brain and Pain Care

I have sever degenerate joint disease. I've had numerous major surgeries and have deligently saught help with my pain for years. Dr. M and his staff have been respectful, caring, professional and knowledgeable about my needs dealing with pain. I've been a patient for almost 2 years and I recommend this Dr. and clinics to anyone dealing with uncomfortable pain. Thanks to Dr. M and his staff, I've been able to return to some of the activities I enjoyed, but had to refrain from for years due to pain. Words alone cannot express the gratitude for their treatment.

Follow the rules. Have your paperwork in order, work towards healing, and be kind to yourself and others and there’s will never be an issue here. I’m sure the reviews are given by people who didn’t follow directions. They are a caring team of people. You see the doctor you have time to sit and talk with him to work through needs to resolve issues that lead towards healing not just staying dependent upon meds which is a huge plus. He isn’t in it for a “mill” he is actually here to help.

This is a pill mill. Went to this doctor for over 2 years and only physically seen him twice. Unscrupulous doctors like this is the reason why the opiod epidimic is out of control. My visits consist of a urine sample to staff and usually a wait for up to 30 minutes to answer routine questions about your medication which takes at the most 2 minutes from a office staff. Then a couple of hours later the doctor would call and the entire call would last from 8 to 10 seconds and in that time he gives you your next office visit. There is no way this is practicing medicine and being concern for your patients health. This doctor has no idea who I am! Then he calls my prescription in that's it. On my last visit instead of waiting my up to 30 minutes I waited for 2 and 1/2 hours for the staff to come

Dr. Munjampalli's office usually runs very well.  You usually have to leave a message and be called back to talk to them,  but they usually phone back pretty quickly. PA's are also usually done pretty quickly as well.  I do use the word usually because like everywhere else, sometimes things fall through the cracks. The staff is always absolutely amazing!! As for Dr. Munjampalli, I like him very much.  I had a false positive drug screen,  which he only asked me about after the !4th! false positive test. Most doctors would have booted me after the first one without even exploring the reason for it. I explained I have had this issue before because of one of the other medications I take that cause a false positive result.  He took me at my word and gave me an oral test the next time. He does e

They stopped taking my insurance so my copay went from 28 dollars to 150 with no notice at all, they know I have several herniated disc along with complications from a fusion surgery and heart problems, knowing all of that this doctors staff decided I had to pay every penny of the 150 or go home and withdraw from not having meds and wouldn't ask the doctor if i could speak with him about it to let him know the issue so I had a mild heart attack two days after! Thank you for letting me know money is more important than people's lives
