Refused to look at my CT MYELOGRAM. Refused to see me. He looked at my old MRI images, despite the CT myelogram He ORDERED SHOWING 8 HERNIATIONS, 2 with mass nerve effects, and based his opinion without a word upon my previous MRI scans. Not my current scan that was ordered. Why put me through a spinal, then?!? OVER 2 MONTHS after I had the results TO FIGURE THAT OUT. I REALLY JUST WANTED TO TRY A NERVE BLOCK. Lyerly is a HUGE JOKE. DON'T GO HERE. Wallace and Ramsey... yeah. No. They are awful. No communication beyond the (NON MEDICALLY TRAINED) scheduler. Trash. Just trash.

I had been to several different doctors, including orthopedic surgeons But it wasn’t until I fell and wound up in the ER that I got a proper diagnosis after months of trying to find a way to deal with the pain. I wound up on Dr. Wallace’s rotation and that was my lucky day; properly diagnosing it as sciatica, not a hip problem, Dr. Wallace proceeded to operate and I have not had that pain for a year. Dr. Wallace Communicated to me my different options as well as the prognosis that has been spot on. His patients love him. He’s old school doctor. Takes the time needed to comfort the patient as well. We are fortunate to have this caliber of surgeon in Jacksonville Thank you, And God bless

Dr. Bradley Wallace is my neurosurgeon and has been for many years. He has performed surgeries on my spine (different issues) several times. He is a well educated, articulate and patient doctor. His consultations are focused and easy to comprehend (it is important to note that there is nothing about the spine, that is easy to comprehend). He is a fine surgeon that sets clear expectations regarding procedures, recovery and outcomes. The Lyerly group is busy and reaching the office and obtaining appointments, require patience, but like anything good is well worth the wait! He and his entire team are top notch. Traveling to and from Lyerly which is located in Baptist downtown Jacksonville can be difficult, but is certainly worth the travel. I highly recommend this is Dr. And this office.

Had surgery on may 5th, I was very nervous. Dr. Wallace came into the preop room and spoke to my husband and I, he was very reassuring and answered all my questions. I was very nervous about having pain and swallowing problems and I was so amazed my pain was very minimal and no swallowing problems..I feel great..he did a 2 discectomy C5-C7 and Fusion..he is a excellent neurosurgeon and Danielle his nurse practitioner is amazing..if I would pick higher stars ✨ would😇

My husband was the one who had the visit with Dr. Wallace, I had been a patient of his over 10 years ago when he first came to Lyerly. He was so wonderful to me and it was nice to see over the years and all his experience he is still the same wonderful man and doctor we have known. He listens and takes all the time needed to understand the problem. He suggested a treatment and said if that does not work out he is there for us should he choose surgery. He is not a doctor that immediately says you need back surgery. He wants to try the least invasive treatment at first and only surgery after nothing else will work. He is a great doctor and I will always think of him first for any nerve issues.
