Bradley Dental Group: Dr. Yee

What a terrible experience! I’ve never been treated with such lack of care and patience before. Dr Yee spend literally 8 seconds doing my Botox. He just grabbed the needle and attacked. He didn’t put topical or ice and didn’t pause for a second between jabs. I asked him nicely to please avoid smudging my eyebrows cause I didn’t have time to go home and re-brush them on… yeah I looked A MESS! No regard at all for anything I said. I literally started crying but that didn’t stop him. I then put my hand out and said “STOP!”… he was about to poke me again and I said “no you need to stop… are you in a rush or something?”. He couldn’t have cared less that a patient was visibly upset in his chair. This was my 4th time getting Botox in my life. I’ve had 20-30cc before, but this time I asked for 40

If I can give one star I would, Worst experience ever, 3months of pain for a little problem Dr.Yee Missed a root canal and REFUSED to retreat it, And Pulled my tooth that wasn't needed to be pulled tooth was never hurting and was totally fine he made me believe it needed to be pulled. I trusted this office. But this was too much. I would never come back here!

Dr Blass is very good to my teeth!
