Next Generation Pediatric Urgent Care

I had a great experience at this urgent care tonight! Every person that I interacted with went above and beyond. The receptionist gave me a private room to nurse my baby when she noticed he was being fussy. The medical assistant also went above and beyond to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. The doctor was really thorough and friendly. I highly recommend this urgent care and will definitely be back!

excellent service! we saw a female doctor on a weekend and she was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail. all the other staff members were great as well.

2nd time here for my 4 year old son and they are all such a blessing. from the front desk to the CNA to the doctors! truly people who actually want to do their job and work with kids! i was in and out in a hour with the prescriptions my son needed both times. faciiity is very clean. will never go to another pediatric urgent care as long as this one is open. thank you so much!

If I could give zero stars I would. I chose to come to Next Generation Pediatric Urgent Care as it’s right in my area and highly rated. My son took a minor fall and hit his nose and it was bleeding sporadically. I sadly was treated terribly. Upon arrival, I I thought was checked in a few minutes before 3pm. It’s unclear why there is a front desk receptionist as I later realized I was never checked in. As I was filling out their slow online registration from my phone (which kept freezing) they took a patient that came in after us. I asked if I was checked in and she responded that I had not finished my online registration- ridiculous, no other office works like this, especially urgent care - first come first serve after checking in at the front desk. Amazing staff and experience taking my baby to them. Saturday was quiet so we had a pretty smooth process getting in and no wait, very clean facility and child friendly. I’m lucky to have this urgent care so close to home! The Dr., nurse and front desk staff were so professional and kind? You can tell they love what they do and feel the warmth from the moment you walk in. THAT was my first review, fast forward a few months and i've received a bill that i have to email to the billing department and wait days for a follow up. The urgent care itself has outsourced it's billing, but first off I paid a copay and before i walked in for services i made SURE to ask if my insurance would be covered and they said yes. Now I have to sit here dealing with the bill... not cool.
