From the moment you walk in, they make you feel welcomed and comfortable. One thing that really stands out is how great they are with communication, especially when it comes to working with the VA. They have been extremely helpful in coordinating with the VA to make sure my authorizations are approved on time, which makes the whole process much smoother and less stressful. It’s clear that they truly care about their patients and go the extra mile to make sure everything is handled properly. All the staff were wonderful and very understanding with my son. He was very nervous about getting his tooth pulled but they made him and myself very comfortable and the tooth came out no problem! Thank you for being so thoughtful and understanding during such a stressful situation we are definitely going back for a cleaning!

The knowledge and keeping me at ease with Luz the Dental Hygienist. Two days later with the synergy of Dr Ackley and her team Assistant's Kelli and Bernice started my crown . My first visit and it was all of FIVE stars PLUS. Doctor Ackley and staff were remarkable. What a wonderful team that has been put together there. Efficient, professional, with thoughtfulness for every patient. It is indeed a diverse Family atmosphere that you feel the minute you walk through the door. I can only imagine the loving attention and care that is given to the young. Without exception everyone there smiles and when eye contact is made, you are asked if you're okay or need anything. I was thoroughly impressed by the gentleness an professionalism of everyone. This office is the epitome of Dentistry in the City of Bradenton Florida.
