While I'm not a fan of clinics where a dozen or more people are waiting and then pushed through like cattle, I have to say, my experience with this clinic was nothing but positive. The guy at the front desk was super friendly and very patient with me checking in myself and my husband. We were taken back in less than ten minutes where the young woman who tended to us was also very kind and friendly. Our appointment was with Greg Morrison who was absolutely the best! He was patient, funny, knowledgeable and had us both taken care of in a matter of about fifteen minutes. I would definitely recommend him and the rest of the staff that we encountered.

Do not recommend. I can see why the ratings are barely above 3 stars. They constantly cancel your appointments and will make zero accommodations to get you in sooner. I had an appointment I waited almost a month to get in for that was canceled on their end. Waited another 3 weeks to get in after that cancellation, got notified that following appointment was also canceled. This happens all the time not just recently (I normally would see Molly, PA). She is really nice, but I had over 3 separate cancellations by her. I understand emergencies come up, but 3 times in less than 6 months you really start to question the quality of care and it’s extremely frustrating. On top of that there office makes zero accommodations to get you in sooner and simply make you wait another month. It’s one thing

Good at first! Everyone seemed really genuine and wanted to help me with my mystery illness, but my last follow up visit was awful. I was still complaining that the treatment wasn't working and I wasn't even examined. Once they also couldn't find a diagnosis they tried to give me one associated with social embarrassment which is highly contagious and very unlikely since I'm the only one suffering in my household. Won't be back due to lack of care. They accept Medicaid but NOT the members of it.

I attempted to schedule an appointment and was placed on hold and then disconnected-twice. When I called back a third time, I was told there was an outstanding balance, even though it had already been paid through another company. Despite explaining this, I was told I couldn't schedule until the balance was paid again. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing

I had my first appointment with Dr. Helget today. Both he and Theresa were amazing. During my exam they both took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Dr. Helget explained my follow-up instructions first. Later Theresa reiterated them and made for sure all the steps were clear to me. They took the time to answer all my questions, and I did not feel rushed like you do at many doctors’ offices these days. Everyone in the office was welcoming and seemed happy to be there. I highly recommend them!
