Brad Snead, M.D. - Snead Eye Group of Fort Myers

I was very impressed with my visit to Snead Eye Group for an evaluation and to explore getting new eyewear and possibly a new Rx. I definitely will be coming back!!!! Dr Snead and his Group Practice team are widely known experts in their fields -- their process / clinical workflow is not only efficient, but service-oriented, and above all they are friendly and down to earth. EVERYTHING you need or may need in the future is all under one outstanding team of professionals.

Dr Snead is great. His offices are not. Only one person at the desk. Does not greet patients right away. Is on the phone apparently training another employee (telling her how to code a visit for Medicare and supplemental), while a line of people are waiting. Keurig-type coffee pods are sitting on a counter with no coffee maker. Coffee maker has been broken 4 weeks at least. Previous visit was broken and another girl at the desk said 'yeah we should probably tell someone. Had an eye exam a couple weeks ago and the eye doc ordered sample contacts and I was told I would be called when they came in. No one called, but they were in.

Amazing experience with my first appointment here. Dr Snead’s Office is able to handle all of my eye care needs instead of going to multiple eye Drs. This is so greatly appreciated! Everyone was super kind and explained everything to me in detail. I highly recommend this practice.

We had been to two other eye doctors in the past 2 years. One experience was acceptable. The second was a disaster. Never did get treated there. Then we found Doctor Snead. We were impresses the first visit. His staff was very caring and has gone above and beyond to get us taken care of. Our treatments were scheduled quickly. Everything was explained about our surgery. When it was time for the cataract surgery, the surgery center staff was great. I was very nervous and the surgery staff made me feel like I was special. They calmed me down and the surgery was over and I knew nothing. I am having my second eye done and there is no fear this time as I know what to expect and how the staff will take care of me. I cannot imagine going to any other eye doctor than Doctor Snead.

The staff is very kind, and work hard at getting everyone attended to. I would definitely encourage people to go to the Snead Eye Group. Surgery staff is very caring and kind also. The Dr's. are very kind and go over all your decisions, to make sure your getting the best care for your eyes.
