I have honestly never had a better experience with a pharmacy. Everyone working at this location is full of light and so incredibly helpful. Props to Boynton, you guys are doing it all right!

The folks are efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. I get very fair prices after insurance. And, the store at the front has some nice deals.

Super fast processing (which I appreciate) but one of the ladies at the window is so rude. I’ve never had that kind of interaction before the previous times I picked up medication, so maybe it’s just her. She talked to me very condescendingly like I was stupid and then told me I NEEDED to ask the pharmacy that “I need a refill” even though she understood what I was saying. I asked, “I just need to pick up the second part of my prescription.” Nothing rude, I don’t know why she gave me so much attitude. I was shocked so I just said “okay.” I clarified that my provider told me to just ask for the second portion of my prescription, so that’s what I asked the way I did, which I don’t think should’ve garnered such a reaction from a cashier. I love that you don't need to call to have them start filling your script right away. They almost always process it immediately upon receipt.

Pepper, the pharmacist, is amazing. Even when I entered as a new patient, Pepper spent excess hours working with my insurance on a co-pay issue, keeping me up-to-date along the way. It is clear that she truly cares for her patients.
