Went 2 weeks ago to get a new prescription done for my contacts. Service was fast. The dr wasn't the most friendly but helped me. After getting home and looking at the prescription few days layer to order new contacts. I cant read the prescription at all..scribble all over. I have been trying to get a hold of the vision center. Nothing. Doc is not in..we cant access the prescription. I called the office and left vm. Nothing. No call back..nothing. I should of went to another Walmart I use to go to get my prescription filled. Look elsewhere.

I came in with my step-son and husband to have his eyes checked after noticing he can not see far away out of one eye. We were in town visiting from Cleveland, Ohio, 1000 miles away. We let the Walmart center know and the doctor that we had to have the glasses ordered online and shipped directly to him as no one has a vehicle to pick them up. They did not give me the PD to order them online and now REFUSE since we did not purchase from them. Had I known I would not have left to come back home without the information. Now I have to scramble to find some one that can help get the distance measured and he has to wait even longer for the glasses that he desperately needs. I had my eyes tested by Dr. Boyle in November 2015 at the Walmart Vision Center location. His service was fast and friendly but I do not appreciate the apparent deceptive billing. My insurance co-pay is only $10 and I paid $114 just to test my eyes for contact lenses. When I asked the rude woman at the front with the thick Haitian accent why the charge did not reflect my insurance policy, she said that United Healthcare does not cover fitting for contact lenses. Foolishly, I took her word for it and paid. Now, when I'm ready to buy my glasses, I'm going over my policy and realized they do indeed cover the fitting and the woman just lied. Not sure why she did but when I called back today asking for a copy of my receipt, the same Haitian woman at the front desk tried to give me the runaroun

Horrible SCAMMING DOCOTOR . Came to get help for his Eyes the DOCTOR Literally Scared him into paying over 300$+ out of his pocket just for us to go to Another doctor get a 2nd opinion and be told it was just pink eye and almost healing . HORRIBLE DOCTOR BIG SCAMMER DONT TRUST HIM AND DONT COME HERE

I was thinking of getting an eye exam here. The other reviews (on its review site) means I am not going to this optometrist.
