Boyd Thornton Dental

I’ve had a very positive experience at this office! I was having severe tooth pain about a month ago and they were able to see me (as a brand new patient) the same day! The front desk staff genuinely seems to care about you as does the rest of the staff! I had a root canal done a week or so later by Dr. Boyd and it was completely painless! This is a great practice and I’m so appreciative of how quickly they were able to get that painful tooth treated!

The entire team at Boyd Thornton Dental is warm and welcoming and makes their patients feel comfortable, knowing that most are apprehensive about dental visits. The hygienists and front desk personnel are professional and personable and have always made me feel at ease. I have complete trust in Dr. Boyd. She explains each procedure and takes the time to genuinely listen to patient concern. She is very knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and has a great chair-side manner. She has state of the art technology and can perform many procedures in just one visit. I highly recommend Dr. Boyd and her team.

I have been going here for about 5 years and Dr. Boyd and her team are fantastic: My dentist hygienist Nikki is upbeat and efficient, Morgan is sweet and knowledgeable, and Dr. Boyd has been kind and has provided excellent care for me every time I've seen her. They have a dental laser if you don't like pain, which has been a gamechanger for me since I was prone to anxiety going to the dentist before this. And not only that, my last visit they graciously ended up kept an eye on my kid so I could get x-rays! They take care of our whole family and we greatly appreciate them. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist!

Dr. Boyd was recommended to me by a colleague who is also a dentist. I had not visited a dentist since I was 16 because of irrational fear. Dr. Boyd and her team have worked with me over the last year to completely eliminate any fears or anxiety associated with dental visits. I love my Dental Hygienist, Emily; she is most efficient and thorough! NO PAIN. Dr. Boyd, like Emily, is truly one of a kind! She is so knowledgeable and so fast and friendly. Again, I have had no pain and anxiety. She used a laser to fill my teeth and I had no anesthetic whatsoever. No needles. No pain. Unbelievably awesome visit just now!! Dr. Boyd did a root canal without numbing me!! Had an abcess with a tooth that had had a previous root canal-- Dr. Boyd correctly diagnosed that there was another canal in the tooth--she went in and found it and cleaned it out!! She was able to save the crown and did it all without me experiencing any pain!!! Everyone in the office, starting with Morgan, to every other employee is so nice, helpful and friendly!! I highly recommend this dental practice!!!
