Great people. Professional and friendly. They take time to answer questions and perform follow-ups. They were able to get an upgraded pair of hearing aids (my were over 10 years old) by the same manufacturer. Visits are quick (and they keep coffee on hand!). They saved me almost a thousand dollars over the price from another place.

I've been going to Bowles for a few years now and they're great. The receptionist Daisy is exceptional and I think provides the secret sauce. She's friendly, knowledgeable, and efficiently keeps the place running smoothly. Everyone is very patient-focused and provide the best hearing solution possible.

Very good evaluation and recommendations. Still thinking about the recommendation and purchase. Second visit after fitting. Helped me understand more how the hearing aid works automatically and made adjustments based on my experience during the two weeks I had it. Deana answered all my question. A month later, I have adjusted to using the hearing. Again Deana was helpful in answer my questions. I left a confident user and will be back in 6 months but can contact them at anytime I have questions or needs. Six months follow up and treat well. As everything was going well only a small adjustment. Deanna and Nicki are always so pleasant and helpful.

My brother & I sincerely appreciate the service we receive for our 91yr old mom. Daisy is a gem! She and the staff at Bowles are always empathetic to our needs. She understands that mom’s hearings aids are not just to make mom’s quality of life better BUT they are essential to help with our caregiving responsibilities. Thank You Bowles!!!!

My right hearing aid stopped pairing with my i-phone. I called Bowles and they had me come to their Huntersville Office immediately .David & Penny worked with the factory to confirm it was a device issue. They got the repair covered by warranty & I had a new device within a week. All is Good!
