Dr. Butrous is one of the kindest, most patient, and caring neurologists I’ve ever met. He took the time to really listen to my symptoms and my story (being stung by a venomous fish during the covid shutdown), he explains things clearly, and guided me toward the specialists and care I needed — even though my insurance has made the process extremely difficult. If it wasn’t for the compassion and persistence from him and his office staff, I honestly don’t think I would have gotten the help I’ve received so far. Dr. Boutros and his staff are the consummate professional, they pay attention to detail, truly care about the patient and not just the symptoms. After years of pain Dr. Boutros was able to detect the underlying cause and recommend the appropriate treatment that other "professionals" misdiagnosed. Dr. Raja is amazing, I love his work! He has awesome bedside manners, and he’s proficient with testing and any worries you may have! On top of that, the receptionist(s), nurses, are lovely, knowledgeable and friendly. If I could give 10 stars I would! They truly are great, thank you guys!

Place is nice clean clinic, but Boutros was not clean not friendly at all. Bad attaitude and seems like he hates questions even repeated ones. I have ADHD so sometimes I need repeats and more clarity. So if you are someone who is specal needs, or have specal needs children or entroverted people. He will not be friendly nor take questions well. The lady working the desk was really nice. I gave 3 stars due to her. The reason the review is not a 1 star is because of her nice lady made you feel welcome and greated, but Dr. Boutros needs better training on bedside manner and attitude. Espically towords new paients.

My experience with Dr.- Raja Boutros: First of all I must say I was very nervous about going to the doctor appointment and getting this test done in general. Anyway's when my name was called buy a medical assistant when I was in the reception waiting area she then brought me back to a room. I then was told to undress and put a gown on. Then was asked if I brought a pair of shorts and I told her yes. She then told me to put those on along with the gown. The gown was very short only covered my breast area. Because ahead of time on the phone while making my appointment I was asked to bring a pair of comfortable shorts because my legs had to be exposed so the doctor could do this particular test.
